Kaha Labs · Applied Systems Lab

We engineer systems that run themselves.

Kaha Labs is an independent venture studio. We build workflow, market, and logistics software on deterministic foundations, use AI only where judgement helps, and ship the ideas that hold up as products.

01 — Ventures & Deployments

What's running.

Everything below started as an internal experiment at Kaha Labs. Each one moves forward only after it proves itself with real users.

Public Beta Flagship

Narvi

Flow management for businesses, teams, and client work. Narvi takes in requests and bookings, sends them through an approval queue, and runs them to done on one shared board.

  • Branded intake forms, bookings, and approvals
  • Client portal with live status links, no client login
  • AI capture turns a brain-dump into steps and due dates
  • Free plan, no credit card required

Private Preview Brewing in Labs

Tradebion

A real-time market scanner. Define rules and setups, get options alerts the moment they trigger, and test the same rules against history.

  • Rule-based setups and real-time options alerts
  • A backtester that runs the same rules as the live scanner
  • Invite-only while we tune it with early users

Hulaqi

Logistics infrastructure for moving things across borders. Send a parcel or goods overseas, or sell your products to buyers in another country.

  • Send parcels and goods overseas
  • Merchants sell and ship to customers abroad
  • Being built at Kaha Labs

Open Systems & Tooling

Small, sharp tools we build for ourselves and release when they're useful to others: language utilities, publishing experiments, and micro-platforms.

02 — Studio Model

One lab.
Many ventures.

Kaha Inc. is the company. Kaha Labs is where the engineering happens. Ideas start as lab experiments, move into incubation once they find users, and graduate into standalone products when they can carry their own weight.

  1. stage/01

    Lab

Build quickly and throw away most of it. We keep the few prototypes that solve a real problem.

  2. stage/02

    Incubation

A small group of users, tight feedback loops, and a clear bar to clear before graduating.

    Venture

Its own domain, its own roadmap, and a public product that people depend on.

03 — Engineering Philosophy

Three rules we don't break.

P.01

Deterministic core, probabilistic edge.

Models are great at judgement and unreliable at bookkeeping. We keep state, control flow, and side effects in plain, testable code, and let models decide only where judgement is actually needed.

P.02

Latency is a feature.

We deploy at the edge, run close to the user, and keep dependencies to a minimum. A fast system is one people trust enough to automate with.

P.03

Build in production.

Real users break things in ways staging never will. We ship early behind clear status labels, watch closely, and let usage decide what survives.
